Welcome to Christine’s Delectables! I’m Christine Cervantes, and I am excited to invite you into my world of culinary delights. As a first-generation Filipino American, my ties to Long Beach and Bellflower, California, are deep-rooted. It has served as the foundation for my entrepreneurial endeavors.
From a tender age, my passion for entrepreneurship was ignited when I achieved top seller status in a school fundraiser during third grade. This early triumph sparked a fire within me, driving me to pursue my aspirations and establish Christine’s Delectables.
With an innate talent for baking, I began modestly by sharing my homemade treats with loved ones. Fueled by a desire to refine my skills, I embarked on a journey of formal culinary education. Today, I take pride in achieving an associate’s degree in Dietetics from Long Beach Community College and graduated as a pastry chef from Chef Tech Cooking School in Long Beach.
At Christine’s Delectables, I create scrumptious baked goods, experiences, and memories. My bakery has served as a cornerstone of support through the trials of early motherhood and has been instrumental in funding my daughter Eve’s art education. Furthermore, giving back to the community, particularly individuals with disabilities, is at the heart of my mission.
